Can I request specific flowers in my order?
We don’t guarantee what flower varieties will be featured in your custom arrangement but we do guarantee your arrangement will be a fresh, vibrant mix of pinks, blues and yellows that will take her breath away. Each arrangement is unique, handmade and designed by our experienced designers in house and will closely mirror the product photos in our shop.
How do I make sure my flowers last as long as possible?
Your flowers will last long after Mother's Day if you follow these easy steps:
- Change the water daily.
- Keep the water level to the top of the vase.
- Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Give your flowers a fresh cut each day.
- Remove blooms as they wilt.
When can I pick up my flowers
Be sure to choose your preferred pickup time slot when completing the order process! You can choose either pickup or delivery on Saturday, May 12 from 11-5 p.m.
Where do I pick up my flowers?
Our studio is located at 2855 Devine Street in Columbia, SC. We are the little brick building with the black and white awnings and happy green door, nestled in between the Devine Street Fire Station and Henry’s Bar & Grill.
Can I change my scheduled pickup time?
We understand that plans change! If you’ve already placed your order and need to change your scheduled pickup time, no worries! Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
with the subject line: pickup time to let us know your new preferred pickup time. For planning purposes, the earlier you can do this, the better to ensure your order is ready when you arrive. Please note that all pickups must be completed by 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 12.

What if I forget to pick up my order?
No refunds will be issued for no-show pickup orders. Be sure to mark your calendar for this important day!
Can I have my flowers delivered?
All orders are available for local delivery within 10 miles of downtown Columbia. Please be sure to add the delivery to your cart from the online shop!
How far will Fern Studio deliver?
Live within 10 miles of downtown Columbia? We’ve got you covered with local delivery. Not sure if you’re within our delivery zone? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: local delivery and we’ll be happy to check for you!
I live outside of your delivery area but I’m interested in local delivery.
Though we cannot guarantee delivery outside of our specified delivery area, we are open to delivering in certain locations if we receive enough interest! Live in Blythewood, Lexington, or somewhere similar? Send us an email, with the subject line: interested in delivery and we’ll let you know if we expand our delivery radius to your area.
Can I have my items delivered to two different addresses?
Orders of are limited to one delivery address per order. If you’d like your items delivered to two different locations, you’ll need to place separate orders.
When will my order be delivered?
We'll provide local delivery on Saturday, May 12 between 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific delivery time requests.
Can I include a customized message with my flower delivery?
Yes – in fact we highly encourage it! We’ll hand write your message and include it in a sealed envelope with your delivery! Be sure to include your message when completing the ordering process.
What if the delivery is unsuccessful?
If we run into a snag when delivering your order, we’ll give you a call to work out next steps! Our mission is to get your flowers to their final destination to make this Mother’s Day one for the books for your special someone!
